What is Loc8 Code?

A NEW and accurate way of mapping Ireland

Loc8 Codes are the brand new GPS codes for Ireland and Northern Ireland that make finding properties and locations easy. They consist of 8 alphanumeric characters which define locations to an accuracy of +/-6 metres. The system has been developed by GPS experts in Ireland and revolutionises the way we locate homes, businesses, services and events.

Each code is unique which makes it easy to find business and residential properties. But Loc8 codes are not restricted to buildings. They can also be assigned to delivery points, different entrances for different purposes at commercial sites, sporting events and open air entertainment events. If needed, they can even be assigned to fields in the middle of nowhere.

Once a Loc8 Code is assigned to an area it can be found quickly and precisely using SatNav systems. Alternatively, you can use this website to reveal the exact location of a Loc8 Code on a map.
